Reservation of the apartment is possible for a minimum of 7 nights, or by individual agreement.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

Arrival (Check-in) is possible from 16:00 to 22:00 hours.

Departure (check-out) is possible from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If the next stay does not continue/end, it is possible to make individual arrangements.

Reservation is confirmed out after payment of the 100% deposit.

It is required upon arrival at the accommodation pay the deposit for possible damages in the amount of CZK 5,000. The deposit will be collected in cash upon arrival. The amount will be returned to you upon departure. This deposit is fully refundable in cash and is subject to an inspection of any damage to the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservations canceled more than 30-14 days before the arrival date are free of cancellation fees.

  • Reservations canceled 14-7 days before the scheduled arrival are charged a cancellation fee of 50%        from the total price of the reservation.

  • If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the planned arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%       from the total price.

  • If the guest does not show up for the stay within 24 hours of the contractual date of arrival without giving further reasons, the reservation will be put into "No Show" status, it will be considered canceled and the cancellation fees in this case amount to 100% of the total price for the stay.

Children of any age can be accomodated.  When filling out the form, please indicate the number of children and their ages. No cots or extra beds are available in the accommodation.

Smoking is prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.

For an additional fee, it is possible to provide: wine/champagne, food delivery, fruit/vegetables

Guests are required to respect night piece time from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
